At one point, Mayer Yacht catered to all independent brokers, hauling out boats for pending boat sales and then servicing those boats in its yacht yard. By 1997 Mayer entered the brokerage field and today provides the following services for its clients:

• Internet advertising on over 4 internet sites.

• Professional agency advertising which, in turn, benefits its    customer base.

• Open house and shows which can generate business.

• Radio and newspaper advertising.

• Over the years Mayer Yacht developed special close ties with two    groups–Boy Scouts of America and LSU School of the Coast &    Environment. If one is interested in charitable donations,
